TERMS OF SERVICE

You are encouraged to read the full terms of service before commissioning.
Any orders under or equal to $18 must be paid full price upfront, no acceptations.
Any orders that are over $18 must pay 50% of the price after concept/rough sketches are decided on.
Product will be delivered digitally, via a Google Drive folder including, but not limited to; The finished watermarked product, the finished un-watermarked product, any variants of the drawing requested, alternative versions (Eg: Alternative outfits for reference sheets, both watermarked and un-watermarked versions, only lines/colorless for un-shaded pieces).
The seller is not obligated to keep copies of the product. (If you loose the artwork, you may contact me! I cannot guarantee if I will still have it or not.)
If the seller ever moves the product from Google Drive, the client will be contacted and informed of when it will be moved, and where it will be moved to.
The client can request 3 complete changes in the rough/anatomy sketch phase.
The client can request as many minor changes, such as how something is stylized/drawn (Eg; hair, clothes, expression of face) as they wish during the sketch phase. These changes can be tweaked/expanded on during the line art phase, but new changes cannot be requested.
The client can request to change the exact colors (Using Hexadecimal, HSL/CYMK, or other means) when the base color is shown. They can also request to change the lighting colors when the base shading is shown. The client is encouraged to provide flat colors of the drawings subject, as well as lighting colors if applicable. This is not required.
Must be paid in USD, via Paypal, Venmo, or other explicitly requested payment methods. {Kofi and VGen coming soon}.
The seller is required to keep the client updated on a timeline of completion.
The seller may offer a refund at any moment, and cancel the commission. The client may request a refund at any moment before the 75% completion mark. Once 75% of the commission is completed, only the seller may offer a refund.
Any refunds and cancellation will result in the client receiving the Product as it has been finished at the time of cancellation.
The client is allowed to request a date for when they want the product to be finished and delivered. The seller reserves a right to charge the client extra depending on how close this date is to when the commission is started. The client may also not be charged extra if the requested completion date is far away from the starting date. (The extra charge will vary heavily and is dependent on multiple factors such as, but are not limited to; the type of commission, the sellers current queue, the sellers current obligations. An example rate and time frame cannot be given at this time, but examples may be shared with clients permission.)
Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATED: JULY 5TH, 2026This contract applies to the artist (known under the online alias "Misha" with the username/handle "starflayers") further called Seller and person or institution further called Client purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS1. Client agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $18.2. On any orders above $18, The client agrees to pay half the requested invoice after the conceptual sketch is agreed on for the Product. The other half will be paid after the sketch is finalized.3. Alternative payment plans are currently not accepted by The seller.4. The client accepts that work on The product will not start until payment is revived, and that work will stop in between payments.5. If the client wishes to request a NSFW product, age verification must be provided. This refers to: Proof of legal (18+) age using a Legal government ID, with all information except the Clients date of Birth censored, and a hand written piece of paper with the Clients username on it. The Client reserves a right to delete this information after the Seller sees it. The Seller will not save this information.PRODUCT DELIVERY6. Client agrees that the Product will be delivered via a link to a Google Drive folder containing the relevant files, after the final payment is received by the Seller.7. Any alternative method of delivery must be agreed upon by both the Client and the Seller before work commences on the Product. Physical delivery is not an option. The Client is obligated to cover any necessary costs such as digital service subscription fees.8. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller. If the client looses the Product, the Client may contact the Seller to see if they still have the Product. This cannot be guaranteed. 8b. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Client's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Client lost their files.REVISIONS9. Client may request 3 total changes during the rough/anatomy phase.10. Client may request an unlimited amount of small/minor changes such as how something is stylized/drawn (Eg; hair, clothes, expression of face) as they wish during the sketch phase. These changes can be tweaked/expanded on during the line art phase, but new changes cannot be requested.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS11. Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.12. It is the sole responsibility of Client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.REFUND POLICY14. The client may not request a refund after the Product has reached 75% completion, regardless of reasoning.15. If the Seller cancels the commission at any point after the 75% completion mark, the Client will receive a 50% refund.16. If the Seller cancels the commission, or the Client requests a refund before the 75% completion mark, but after the 50% completion mark, they will receive a 75% refund.
17. If the Seller cancels the commission, or the Client requests a refund before the 50% completion mark, they will receive a 90% refund.18. All instances requesting a refund results in the Client receiving the Product as is at the time of cancellation/refunding.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE19. The Product received by Clientis for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Client and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.20. Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.21. Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSAL22. The Seller reserves a right to refuse any order without giving reason.23. The Seller refuses to take any orders for products involving; Immoral and dubious content, [etc if needed]24. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Client in the future.ACCEPTED SUBJECT MATTERS25. The Seller will take orders of fan art. When ordering fan art, please state the name of the media, and what kind of media it is. The Seller has a right to refuse an order based on the media.26. The Seller will take orders of NSFW art. The Seller offers these only to customers who are aged 18 or older. Submission of an NSFW request does not guarantee acceptance.27. The Seller offers orders of animal and anthropomorphic characters, but cannot offer anything showing more than the shoulders/chest and up.28. The Seller offers a full range of art involving human characters, and humans with animalistic traits.29. The Seller offers art of two or more characters interacting romantically. The Seller will not draw art of real life people interacting romantically.
